Q: Where does White Bear ship to?
A: We currently ship across India. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones, so stay tuned!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are also available at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to check your shipment status anytime.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: Returns are free for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small restocking fee may apply.

Q: Do your clothes run true to size?
A: Most of our pieces are true to size, but we include specific fit notes under each item’s description to help you choose the best fit.
