At White Bear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what was ordered, notify us promptly for a resolution.
  • The timeline for such returns will be 10-14 working days

To initiate a return, you must provide a detailed video of unboxing the item, showcasing the issue for which the return is requested.

Non-returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size or Color Changes: Changes to size or Color after order placement cannot be accommodated.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following scenarios:

  • Eligible Returns: Upon successful return and inspection of the product, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Faulty Items: If a defect or damage is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
  • The timeline for such refunds will be 10-14 working days

How to Start a Return

 To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@whitebearclothing.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  • Package the item securely and ship it back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within  5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
