White Bear Return & Refund Policy

At White Bear, we love seeing you happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.


When You Can Return

We’re happy to accept returns in these situations:

  • Defective Products: If your item has a defect, reach out to us right away.
  • Damaged Items: Let us know within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received a different product than expected, tell us promptly.

Timeline: Returns are handled within 10–14 working days.

Tip: Please record a short video of unboxing that shows the issue—it helps us process your return faster!


Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some things can’t be changed after ordering:

  • Size or Color Adjustments: Once an order is placed, we can’t change size or color.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders are finalized once placed.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are issued when:

  • Your return is received and inspected successfully.
  • A defect or damage is confirmed.

Timeline: Refunds are completed within 10–14 working days, and the money goes back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is refundable if the item shipped was incorrect or damaged.


Starting a Return

Returning is easy:

  1. Email support@whitebearclothing.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive simple instructions and the return address.
  3. Package your item safely and ship it back.

Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll either:

  • Replace it at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item, return your order and place a new one.


Refund Not Arrived Yet?

If your refund isn’t showing up:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Check with your bank or credit card—it can take a few days to appear.
  3. Still missing? Email support@whitebearclothing.store and we’ll help.

Important Notes                                      

  • Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not applicable if incorrect customer information leads to order failure.
