1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. We utilize third-party shipping services to deliver orders across India.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping option

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹40.12 (including GST) extra per order.
- Reverse Shipping Charges: Equal to the forward shipping charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s site.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
White Bear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly for support.
- Then contact us at support@whitebearclothing.store—we’ll do our best to help.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Get Same Day Fulfilment For Your Order
- Place rush orders before 9 AM for same-day fulfillment.
- We process and ship orders on the same day.
- Orders are quickly handed over to the shipping partners in 1 day

8. Undelivered Orders & RTO Handling
- If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, Door/Premises/Office Closed, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- The Customers can request re-shipping by paying the forward shipping cost again.
- RTO products are not refunded, but customers can place a fresh order with updated details.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing stage.
- Customers reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Payment failure
10. special Considerations
- Unforeseen Delays: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, power cuts, or disruptions during peak holiday seasons in North India (August, September, and October), including during Diwali and Durga Puja.
- Non-Acceptance of Damaged Packages: If the product package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. Instead, initiate a return by providing a detailed video showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
