We are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully for complete information about order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping terms.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- We use third-party shipping partners to deliver across India.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or regional holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹40.12 (including GST) per order.
- Reverse Shipping: Charged at the same rate as forward shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
You can track your order on our website or directly through the shipping partner’s tracking page.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check around your delivery area and with nearby neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly to report the issue.
- Contact us at support@whitebearclothing.store for further assistance.
Please note: White Bear is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
White Bear is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Same-Day Fulfilment
- Orders placed before 9 AM qualify for same-day fulfilment.
- These orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within one business day.
- Our delivery partners include:
- Ecom Express
- DTDC
- XpressBees
- Ekart
- Delhivery Air
8. Undelivered Orders and RTO (Return to Origin)
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer (e.g., Door Closed / Premises Locked / Order Refused), it will be returned to origin (RTO).
- Customers may request re-shipping by paying the forward shipping cost again.
- RTO orders are not refunded. Customers may place a new order with updated details.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the processing stage.
- White Bear reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure or related issues.
10. Special Considerations
- Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may be affected by natural calamities, power outages, or regional disruptions during peak holiday seasons (especially August–October in North India, including Diwali and Durga Puja).
- Damaged Packages: If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Please record a short video of the package condition at the time of delivery and initiate a return request.
